SignalCraft is TAC’s emerging stream for aligning marketing and communication with real customer behaviour.

It starts from a simple view: messaging often underperforms not because the brand lacks effort, but because communication is built around internal intent rather than customer response patterns. Many brands say what they want to say, but do not sufficiently map how customers actually compare, hesitate, trust, react to value cues, process friction, or decide across channels and touchpoints.

SignalCraft is designed to bridge that gap

It helps organisations think more clearly about customer behaviour and then shape communication, framing, touchpoints and response design around that reality. This is especially relevant for consumer-facing brands, growth environments, category builders and businesses where message quality and channel response directly affect conversion, trust and sustained pull.

This stream is currently available as a selective advisory and pilot-led engagement while the fuller TAC product layer in this area continues to develop.
