Flow Code

Third Axis Consulting

FlowCode

FlowCode is TAC’s organisational behaviour system for teams, leadership groups and operating environments where strategy, execution and trust must work together.

It is designed to identify where behaviour is strengthening movement, where it is distorting judgement or coordination and what needs to shift. Rather than starting with symptoms alone, FlowCode looks at the behavioural patterns sitting underneath them.

FlowCode is structured across three operating areas: Upstream FlowCode, Downstream FlowCode and Culture Float.

FlowCode behavioural model, AI-powered team alignment tools, performance through behavioural insight, strategy and execution alignment, Leadership behaviour coaching

Focuses on the behaviour shaping choices before execution begins

Upstream FlowCode

It is built for contexts where strategic ambition is high, but assumptions, challenge quality, reversibility, evidence discipline or judgement hygiene may be weak. This is the space where organisations often commit early and correct late.

Upstream FlowCode helps leadership teams examine how behaviour influences strategic bets, commitment patterns, risk logic, evidence thresholds and challenge rituals. It is especially useful during expansion decisions, founder-to-CEO transitions, launch choices, strategic pivots and other high-consequence moments where the quality of judgement matters before the quality of execution can even be assessed.

Typical deliverables include: BRAVE-based reads, decision-quality reviews, leak-point diagnosis, reversibility checks, evidence reviews, leadership debriefs and board-safe synthesis packs.

Focuses on the behaviour shaping execution

Downstream FlowCode

It helps organisations identify why capable teams still experience rework, weak handoffs, overloaded communication, recurring friction, soft ownership and slow correction loops. The goal is not only to describe the visible symptoms, but to identify the behaviour creating them.

This stream is especially relevant for cross-functional teams, delivery-heavy functions, scaling organisations, transformation environments and businesses where performance appears active but does not consistently get sharper.

Typical deliverables include: behavioural scans, CPS-calibrated overlays, quadrant reads, blockers-and-nudges maps, team heatmaps, behavioural insertion plans, leadership briefings and proof-of-shift outputs.

Culture Float is TAC’s resilience lens for reading culture under pressure

Culture Float

It is built on a simple principle: Culture is not what is declared. It is what remains operational when the waves hit.

Culture Float helps organisations understand how trust, coordination, response quality and leadership rhythm behave during uncertainty, fatigue, change, integration, disruption or growth stress.
It is particularly useful in merger environments, leadership transitions, periods of rapid scale and situations where performance must hold even when conditions are unstable.

Typical deliverables include: cultural posture reads, trust and friction maps, leadership rhythm assessments, reset protocols, stabiliser recommendations, behavioural drills and resilience-oriented intervention layers.
