We operate at the intersection of systems, strategy and behaviour.
Why do people and teams behave in ways that contradict what they truly value? This question, simple on the surface, held the key to our work.
It started in the sky. In a slow, open, two-seater Piper Cub. A moment of altitude. A realisation that from above, things that once felt urgent appear small and things that seemed unclear begin to align.

Behaviour isn’t downstream from strategy. It’s the upstream signal.
Through years of working with founders, teams, students and leaders under pressure, we found the same repeating pattern: when execution falters, it’s rarely due to flawed plans. It’s due to behavioural drift.
We’ve drawn on systems thinking, decision psychology and the insights of thinkers like Kahneman, Harari and Taleb—but more importantly, we’ve learned by watching real teams move (or stall) in high-stakes environments.
Third Axis was born to close the gap between intent and action, strategy and signal.
